What you buy

Delay Send is an add-in for Outlook. It holds every email you send for the number of minutes you choose, then Outlook delivers it. A purchase gets you a license key that switches the add-in on.

Plans and prices

• Yearly, $29 a year. Renews automatically every year until you cancel.
• Lifetime, $59 once. No renewal. Valid for as long as Delay Send is offered, with all updates.

Prices are in US dollars and include any sales tax or VAT. Checkout may show the price in your local currency.

Who sells it

Purchases are sold through Link, the merchant of record from Stripe. Link takes the payment, sends your receipt and handles tax. Link's own terms also apply to your purchase.

Delivery

Right after payment you see your license key and a download link. The same key, link and install steps are emailed to the address you used at checkout.

Your license

One key can be active on up to two mailboxes at a time. To move it, remove it from a mailbox in the add-in, then activate it on the new one. The key is for your own use; don't share or resell it. For a team, write to hello@delaysend.app.

Refunds

All sales are final. We don't offer refunds once your license key has been issued, except where required by law or under Link's buyer protection.

Cancelling

You can cancel a yearly subscription at any time at app.link.com. It stays active until the end of the year you paid for and doesn't renew. Lifetime is a single payment, so there is nothing to cancel.

Requirements

Delay Send works in new Outlook for Windows, Outlook for Mac and Outlook on the web, with personal Microsoft accounts and work or school accounts. Classic Outlook for Windows isn't supported. Your organization may block add-ins on work accounts.

Limits

Delay Send asks Outlook to deliver each email later; Microsoft's servers do the delivery. Microsoft can change Outlook in ways that affect add-ins. We keep Delay Send working where we can, but we provide it as is and can't promise that every email is held or delivered on time. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for Delay Send in the last twelve months.

Changes

We may update these terms. Changes apply to purchases and renewals after the update date shown above.
