Your email

Delay Send never reads, stores or sends the content, subject or recipients of your email. When you press Send, it only tells Outlook when to deliver the message. The message stays in your own mailbox.

License check

To check your license, the add-in sends your license key and your mailbox address to delaysend.app, at most once a day. We store the key, your plan, the email you used at checkout, the payment reference from Stripe, and a one-way hash of each mailbox address the key is activated on. We don't store the mailbox address itself.

Payments

Delay Send is sold through Link, the merchant of record from Stripe. Stripe and Link process your payment details under their own privacy policies; we never see your card number. Stripe tells us the email you used at checkout, your plan and the payment reference.

Emails

After you buy, we email your license key and install steps to your checkout address. These emails are sent through Resend. Mail you send to hello@delaysend.app is forwarded to our inbox by Cloudflare. We don't send newsletters or marketing.

Hosting

The site and the add-in files are served by Cloudflare, which keeps standard request logs (such as IP address and time) for security and operations.

Your choices

You can remove a mailbox from your license in the add-in at any time. To get a copy of your data or have it deleted, write to hello@delaysend.app.
